Shipping rates:

Postage is calculated at checkout and varies depending on location. We use Australia Post to send the majority of our orders.

We do our best to display the current shipping rates on our website, as applicable. We reserves the right to change shipping rates charged to any destination and/or delivery method at any time.

For International customers, our freight price does not include any customs you may be charged once the parcel arrives in your country. The buyer is responsible for any customs or costs you may be charged once the parcel arrives in your country.

Australia: We offer a $9 AUD flat rate Australia wide.

General International: We offer a discounted or free international shipping rate for orders above $220 AUD.

United States: We offer free international express shipping on all orders within the United States.

Please note: During promotional periods, sitewide discounts and free shipping offers cannot be combined. We reserve the right to amend or pause our free or discounted shipping threshold at any time without notice.

Shipping times & tracking:

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days of placing the order, subject to all items being in stock. If the items you have ordered cannot be fulfilled we will contact you to advise. International orders may take longer to ship out due to the extra paperwork associated with oversees orders. Occasionally, orders may take up to 5 business days to be dispatched.

All orders (domestic and international) may experience the delays due to customs clearance or postal service processes. This is unfortunately out of our control.

You will be emailed with a tracking number after your order has been dispatched.
